Overview

My Client is looking for a professional administrator to join a growing company in their London office, to perform a number of administrative tasks. This job would suit someone who has an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and is very computer literate. The job will also involve carrying out jobs of a technical nature for our Company Secretarial Team. Your job will involve a high attention to detail, and the ability to work unsupervised with focus for long periods of time. In return, you will be fully trained on a number of different areas within the company and will be mentored by one of the Senior Management Team. This job would sit someone with a penchant for mathematics or data analysis, with excellent Excel skills, a Bachelor's degree and at least one year's worth of administrative experience. In a nutshell • Produce a wide variety of Excel reports on a daily basis, as part of our Business Information Team. • Carry out administrative work for our Company Secretarial Team, taking primary responsibility for the submission of the annual confirmation statements for a large portfolio of clients, as well as providing assistance with other basic corporate changes. Full training to be provided. • Undertake special projects for Senior Management on an ad hoc basis • Provide administrative support for a number of different departments throughout the business The Company UK's leading company formation agents.
