Overview

We are looking for a Product Analyst to join our award winning client for their fast moving business. The Product analyst will be joining a fun and progressive work environment and responsible to identify, prioritise, build and measure enhancements with business stakeholders, as well as owning optimisation for the purchaser journey. You will also work with the Product Manager to support Roadmap initiatives. The role sits within the Product team, a new team created to help drive the business forward strategically. Roles & Responsibilities Product analyst will be responsible to work and support other Product teams and ensure that all development is prioritised effectively Responsible to work with business stakeholders, customers and agencies Understand technical detail in order to work closely with development teams Use data driven approach to define, prioritise and validate the backlog and user stories for your product area Take ownership of BAU sprint process to support the business and Product teams Identifying areas of product and process improvement in line with team OKRs and improved customer experience Assist with product initiatives, focusing on data analysis, detailing the user stories, tacking, QA,UAT, post launch validation and ongoing optimisation Supporting product manager in areas of the product lifecycle such as ( discovery techniques, development of user flow, building the roadmap) Take ownership of AB testing and optimisation and manage the relationship with a 3rd party agency Ability to identify metrics, pull the data and derive insight to solve customer and business problems Work with other departments to identify customer points and to develop solutions Required Experience Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Product Analyst / Junior Product Owner Someone who has worked in an analytical/optimisation/product capacity in a digital role with data or products Proven experience in a similar role for an Ecommerce based business / transactional website Exceptional web analytics and data knowledge, with the ability to use data to derive insight Experience working with or as part of development teams Experience of business benefits/success metrics and OKRs Experience of agile development environment (preferred) Enthusiastic, curious and passionate about identifying and solving customer problems High attention to detail Natural planner, looking ahead, anticipating and escalating issues before they arise, providing solutions, and meeting deadlines Build solid working relationships with wider members of the business Ability to demonstrate strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills at all levels of the organisation Benefits 25 days holiday (yearly increment on holidays) Pension Scheme Various well-being plans such as health car, vitality, eye care, weekly food drop,perkbox, massage Fridays and discounted gym membership Please apply immediately to avoid any disappointment.
