Trainee Recruitment Consultant Bristol £18,000 to £24,000 basic salary depending on experience with uncapped monthly commission Huge On Target earnings available. Are you keen to join an energetic growing business in a new business focused full recruitment consultant role offering full training and development with fantastic earning potential? If so BMR Solutions could be offering the opportunity you are seeking. We are experts in manufacturing and engineering recruitment and are looking to grow the new business development team and have two immediate opportunities available now. The role will be open to candidates from all backgrounds and experience levels with the desire to break into or having exposure to any B2C or B2B sales environment. You will be targeted on winning new business opportunities in the form of engineering vacancies. You will become highly competent at managing customer relationships, developing key accounts, securing and expanding on revenue streams into the business. You will also receive full training on delivering high calibre candidates into accounts and all aspects of project management across the full 360 recruitment process.
