Network Engineer / Network Support - Cisco / VMware / LAN / WAN / Server / SQL The Role We are currently recruiting for a large successful Payment Services company based in Coventry. They are looking for a Network Engineer/Support person to add to their growing infrastructure team. The role will be responsible for the day to day stability and controlled changes of internal and production networks across multiple sites and datacentres. The offices are walkable to local train station and also free onsite parking. Duties and Responsibilities: Daily network checks, reports and BAU tasks Assist 1st and 2nd line engineer with escalated problems Troubleshooting skills and the ability to interpret fault descriptions provided by customers and translate into resolutions General network problem solving Ensure all aspects of the system are documented and reviewed Skills Required: Cisco Networking skills (ASA's, Switches, etc) Network Administration experience - VMware, WAN, WLAN and LAN configurations Experience working in a change control environment Excellent communication skills Ability to manage and prioritise own workload If you are interested please apply….
