Job Details: Reports To: Compliance Delivery Manager Hours of work: 44 hours per week / 4 days (Sunday-Thursday) D epartment The Service and Compliance department is responsible for providing proactive and reactive maintenance and compliance regimes to customers across Europe. The successful candidate will join the team of field based engineers to support the contract. Main Purpose and Scope of the job As a Case Maintenance Engineer, you will be supporting Space Engineering Services in order to ensure the area you are allocated to operates effectively. Liaise with store to ensure that planned case maintenance is carried out to the client’s satisfaction. Perform case maintenance to the clients prescribed specification. Assess, fault find and replace components when found to be faulty. Carry out full refrigerant gas leak check on each cabinet. Complete all necessary paperwork and client systems required, including verisae completion notes and maintenance reports. Compile a full report on completion of works, ensure all issues and work done are captured. Have the ability to demonstrate basic competence in Electrical and Mechanical applications. Ensure all undertaken work is carried out in an efficient and safe manner. Assist with other maintenance duties as and when required. Ensure all equipment is fit for use, completing regular checks. Drive the company van in safe and competent manner, ensure vehicle is kept in clean and road worthy condition, and complete weekly vehicle inspection checklist. Ensure H&S and environmental guidelines are followed. Person Specification Excellent attitude and approach to work. Highly self-reliant, motivated and enthusiastic. Approachable, open and able to work as part of a team. Excellent customer care and interpersonal skills. Commitment to quality and attention to detail. Skill Set, Qualifications and Experience The candidate would need a strong work ethic and the ability to adapt to the customer’s needs. The candidate is to lead a team to complete the scheduled maintenance of a refrigeration display cabinet. Experience working with refrigeration display cabinets. F-gas (2079) category 4.
