CAD Technician / Engineer - Farnborough

Job Title: AutoCAD Technician Office Location: Farnborough Salary: Up to £30,000 Two opportunities have become available for CAD Technicians / CAD Engineers to join the Farnborough based team of a transport planning & highways engineering consultancy. You will work closely with the transport planning & highways engineering teams, to produce figures & drawings in support of technical reports, along with carrying out preliminary highways design work. Candidate Specification: Proficient with AutoCAD & Civils 3D; Experience in transport & highways design; Capable of carrying out vehicle tracking; Proficiency with Junctions 9 & AutoTRACK would be beneficial; Keen to develop a career within the engineering sector; Capable of working independently to complete technical work; If successful, you will be involved in the production of engineering drawings & sketches for use in technical reports, along with attending site visits, analysing road junctions and carrying out swept path analyses.
