Heavy Plant Engineer Employment type: Permanent, full-time Location: Bristol Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday Salary: £14.50 per hour (£30,160 p.a.) company vehicle company benefits overtime My client currently has a great opportunity for a Construction Plant Engineer to join their organisation. This role will be covering Bristol and the surrounding areas. My client is one of the UK's leading distributors of a range of construction equipment, plant and vehicles. The role As a Field Service Engineer, you will cover the south west region of the UK. You will work on a wide array of sites and typical responsibilities will include: Attending customers sites to diagnose the reported faults Diagnosing the root cause of the reported fault Identifying any parts required to carry out the repair Completing accurate and timely repair Completing the specified documentation Carrying out a post repair test / inspection Experience/ Skills Required Previous engineering experience with heavy plant NVQ Level 3 in Plant Maintenance, or equivalent would be preferred, but not essential Some auto-electrical/ electrical experience is preferred Full UK Driving Licence This is a great opportunity to join a leading distributor of construction plant in the UK.
