Overview
A carer is required to work within a lovely care home based in Oxford . Experience and training in care is essential, there are flexible hours available including early and late shifts. Rates of pay are from £10.00 upwards with enhancements for overtime and weekends. There are other benefits including pensions, uniform and additional training. You will be overseeing the wellbeing of residents and staff, you will be the first point of call for any emergencies. You will be welcoming visitors and making them feel welcome. You will be writing reports on the residents physical and emotional wellbeing, there will also be fun days out to attend with the residents. It is essential to have experience in care and it would be great to hold an NVQ in Health & Social Care, if you have some care experience and would like to train up to a more senior level there are opportunities for progression within the company.
