Overview
Company Description This is an automated crowdsourced prediction and validation SaaS platform capable of testing the resonance of any media type (imagery, concepts, video, audio) with any target demographic in over 35 countries. It is a complimentary product that provides an empirical measurement of the closeness of match between a brand’s actual or aspirational personality and any piece of media content (images, video, audio, celebrity, or even a competitor brand). Job Description This role will be focussed on supporting all aspects of our reviewing site, as well as analysing data for clients. You will resolve enquiries, manage reviewer quality control systems (review analysis and payments), and provide first-hand support for client data requests. You will be querying the database to pull data for the team and work on key client projects (typically 1-3 months). As well as analysing data from a range of industries and working with key stakeholders across the business. As part of a small team you must be hard working, process driven with excellent attention to detail. You must be an excel wizard, have a 'can do’ attitude, and get excited about data. This role is varied and ideal for a graduate looking to grow into a data focussed account management position. Key Responsibilities Ensure that all customer enquiries are resolved professionally and within SLA Use bespoke software to monitor reviews and take appropriate actions to ensure consistently high-quality reviews Support external partnerships and client services team, across audio branding/ music, video, consumer electronics, and retail verticals Interpret data, analyse results and provide ongoing reports for clients Pull data from DB to run various adhoc analyses Help design surveys and experiments Maintain apps for key clients Visualise key data points Key Skills Excellent numerical and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Adaptable Be proactive, self-motivated and willing to learn An understanding of data protection issues The ability to produce clear graphical representations and data visualisations Requirements Numerically minded, critical thinker Educated to degree level Proficient with Excel Strong interpersonal skills Some coding experience in any language Customer service experience Nice to haves Entry-level SQL Market research / psychology experience Basic knowledge of git Experience of statistical methodologies and data analysis techniques and tools Knowledge of data modelling, data cleansing, and data enrichment techniques Familiar with BI software The ability to carry out data quality control and validation
