Overview
DevOps Engineer (ML Energy Tech) We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join an energy technologies team using machine learning to improve energy distribution and storage, with the ultimate aim of reducing energy costs across nations and reducing inefficiencies and waste. This is a great opportunity to work within a very modern ML tech environment whilst having a genuine impact in a meaningful industry. The team can also offer upto two days per week remote work if desired. As the DevOps Engineer you will scale an AWS environment to allow large scale Machine Learning data feeds to run smoothly in the cloud, improving CI tooling and process with a strong focus on automation of pipelines and data feeds. This is a very heavily data driven environment running serverless architecture and Python knowledge is essential. Exposure to database technologies, preferably Postgres or similar, would also be highly beneficial. We are seeking a DevOps Engineer with; Experience of AWS cloud environments, with knowledge of CloudFormation Strong Python development skills Exposure to Postgres or similar database technologies DevOps Engineer (ML Energy Tech) Salary: £55,000 - £68,000 plus Benefits and a flexible working environment Location: Cambridge, Cambridgeshire with two days remote per week if desired
