Overview

A new position has arisen for an experienced Operations Administrator to work for a company in Halesowen. My client is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, go-getter, with a confident, friendly telephone manner. You will be required to answer incoming calls, send out customer quotations and process customer orders. This position will lead to a permanent role after a 12 week trial, working 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday. The Job Role Receiving inbound sales calls from customers Processing customer orders Booking in customer orders onto the database Sending out quotations Responding to customer service enquiries professionally and in a timely manner Handling customer complaints courteously and professionally All general administration - all the information is recorded on the database To consistently maintain company Telephone standards. To maintain the database and keep all information up to date. Experience / Requirements At least 1 years experience working within customer service or as part of an internal sales team Ability to build strong working relationships both internally and externally Demonstrate excellent communication skills both verbal and written Must be computer literate and have excellent keyboard skills
