2nd Line IT Support Engineer

An exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing tech business based in Ware is looking for a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join their team. If you are experienced, enthusiastic and work well autonomously as well as an integral part of a team, we would love to hear from you What we’re looking for: Deep understanding of Microsoft Windows and supporting technologies Deep understanding, diagnosis and resolution of general PC hardware, networking and software issues Competent understanding of networking terminology and concepts including WiFi / Mobile connectivity. Remains calm under pressure Competent time management, self-discipline, organisational and multi-tasking skills Competent understanding of IT budgets and requirements Capable of tutoring and mentoring others within the team, exhibiting a willingness to share information and solution Highly self-motivated with a willingness to take on new challenges in an extremely dynamic environment Capable of interpreting complex issues and formulating creative solutions Exceptional interpersonal and telephony skills with the ability to build relationships with others Competent understanding of fundamental cyber-security and digital privacy / GDPR concepts GCSE Level Maths & English Required What’s in it for you?
