Overview
Job Role: 2nd / 3rd Line Support Location: Lower Sydenham Salary: Neg depending on experience Vertex IT Solutions is working with a local Voice, Data & Telecoms organisation. We are looking for an experienced 2nd line IT support engineer to join a support team. You will become part of dynamic team and will be expected to have solid experience in an IT support role. You will provide IT support to external clients. You will be providing support for Windows Servers, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange in wide variety of IT environments. The successful candidate will have a broad technical background and experience in the following skills: Active Directory on Windows Server 2012 and upwards Microsoft Exchange 2010 and upwards Microsoft Office 365 Remote Desktop Servers Windows 7/8/10 Desktop OS Support Networking protocols including TCP/IP Required to have a driving license. You must be eligible to work in the UK when applying for this position. We do not sponsor candidates who are not already allowed to work in the UK.
