Be an IT Business Partner This role is all about working closely with the Health Division Senior Leadership team, identifying and understanding business processes and priorities, and championing these with our clients IT team and wider supply chain. The IT Business Partner will play a crucial role in maximising Health business outcomes, acting as the internal conduit and escalation point between the Health business and the Ingeus IT team, and owning the business-critical relationship with external IT suppliers. In brief you will: Identify and evaluate options for improving business systems, elaborating and defining requirements, and ensuring that information systems are implemented effectively to meet the needs of the Health business and conforming to IT best practice principles. Create documentation specifications, reports and presentations. Work closely with the Data, Insight and Continuous Improvement team to ensure that all daily reporting feeds and business intelligence products are available. Support and contribute to the development to the Health IT strategy, ensuring alignment to the wider business IT strategy. Manage the relationship between the Health business and the IT team, championing the business requirements and critical timelines with IT.
