Overview
My client, a global brand name with numerous awards over the years in a number of sectors - including rail - is growing from strength to strength. With a global employee workforce of over 5000, they also have a very strong presence in Europe and London, and are now looking to bring in an experienced Administrator for their London offices. This role covers all duties atypical with admin duties, and is now available on a temp-perm basis. Reporting to the Project Director, you will provide full admin support to the Project Delivery Teams; dealing with documentation, both simple and complex, as well as other admin-related duties for both internal and external teams. Core Responsibilities; Provide full admin support for specific projects within the portfolio - database management, complex project correspondence, taking minutes, writing reports. Dealing with complex documents Ensure quick resolution Compile project contacts list and maintain accurate records Maintain project files / structure in line with company regulations Assist with preparation of internal PDR's and client reports Progress and chase documents / transmittals to maintain file integrity Edit, collate and issue project progress reports on a monthly basis, ensuring contributors meet deadlines and is to schedule Organise meetings / book rooms Raise requisitions and purchase orders and raise / approve invoices Candidate Requirements 2-3 years experience in an admin environment, ideally with a mid-large sized business in London IT literate and confident / experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint and Outlook Posses a high degree of accuracy and detail in your work and be organised and time efficient Posses good written skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment - knowledge of rail environment advantageous Be available on no more than 1 week's notice
