This is an exciting time for CER Education Southampton, we are investing across the business, and have two openings for motivated individuals to become recruitment consultants. All part of our new growth strategy/journey for the challenging and rapidly evolving market in the South. We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to be based in our flagship Southampton office. You will be responsible for all aspect of recruitment including; Building a pool of new candidates, Advertising, managing a team of workers, Building relationships with existing clients and business development to forge new relationships, You will also be liaising with candidates who are seeking a change of role in a predominantly temporary recruitment environment and will be involved in building a pipeline of high quality candidates through online advertising and CV searching. To be successful in your application, you will need to be organised, professional, presentable and be driven to succeed. You must have previous sales experience or similar experience in a target driven environment. You will be based from our office in central Southampton working Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 5.30pm.
