As a Secured Loan Advisor you will Follow up on warm leads - no cold calling Offer a consultative sales approach ensuring you are offering the right solutions for each customers circumstance Completing full sales process, from a thorough initial fact find to closing sales Sending out confirmations and arranging call backs Offer first class customer service Ensure compliance and FCA regulations are followed To be successful as a Secured Loan Advisor We are interested in seeing candidates with telephone based full process sales experience Must have experience in an outbound sales role Proven track record working to targets Experience selling financial services and/or financial qualifications is an advantage but not essential Minimum level of education GCSE C or above in English and Maths Package Secured Loan Advisor Starting salary £23500, increasing to £25500 on completion of full CeMap On target earning - 1st year circa £35000, 2nd year circa £45000 Full training for CeMap provided BUPA Healthcare Pension Rising holiday entitlement Free secure parking Great location close to transport links Excellent training Career development and progression Annual awards evening Regular social nights Modern dress code Reward and recognition
