What you need to succeed: To succeed within this business, you will need to have experience in the refurb housing sector, as an estimator with a vision to progress s to senior within a short period of time. You will be tendering for: Kitchens and bathrooms Annual frameworks, which cover a complete range of works, eg. Replacement windows, render, electrics, roofing, painting and decorating, bathrooms, kitchens, plastering, etc High rise, which not only cover the above but also external cladding replacement, lifts refurbishment and quite often include the construction of another floor. Examples of this are the blue clad towers adjacent to the M5 between junction 1 and 2, which we refurbished a few years ago.
