They pride themselves on the fact most of the work is repeat business from satisfied clients and word of mouth. They are involved in many projects around Northern Ireland and are focused on Engineering, Health care, Hospitality, Industrial, residential and retail. Your new role With several upcoming projects throughout Northern Ireland and an already enviable workload, our client has a requirement for an experienced Site Manager to join their team on a freelance basis. You will have experience in working to tight deadlines and within budget. This role is likely to be finished by November 2020. You will have a hands-on approach and be confident in running a team. What you'll need to succeed You will have strong communication skills to drive and motivate the team to ensure the project is delivered. You will have a CSR site supervisor card. You will be up to date with your first aid and will have knowledge on Health and Safety. What you'll get in return This role is based on a site in Derry and the contract will be an ongoing contract for the right person as they have a strong work load in Northern Ireland.
