Multi Skilled Joiner based in Liverpool - Permanent Your new company Working for a large established contractor based in Liverpool who specialises in property maintenance and commercial refurbishment projects. Your new role You will be working on a large property maintenance project. Completing full refurb's on empty properties to a high spec for the properties to go out to market for tenants. What you'll need to succeed You will need to be either a fully qualified Multi Skilled Joiner with experience in a similar setting. You will need to complete internal and external works and have experience with plumbing works, patch plastering and basic tiling works. You must have a full UK licence and be able to provide references from a similar works project. What you'll get in return In return all successful applicants will be offered a permanent works contract, company van and 28 days holiday.
