£50,000-£55,000 p/a bens car allowance car bonus money I am recruiting for a high spec specialist client within the commercial sector. This company have a fantastic reputation and are specialist in the sector they operate in. With projects increasing across the UK, this is an exciting time to join the team and progress within the company. Trusted, excellent staff retention and a focus on improving employees careers are main goals for this client. They operate within clean rooms, laboratories, testing centres and animal testing centres. This is a niche field in which they have mastered the creative touch to be one of the leading companies within this sector. They now require a site manager to join their team on their £20m project in Salisbury You will be expected to have extensive knowledge within commercial projects, fit-out's and some M&E background to cover all aspects of the project. Working Monday-Friday 8am-5.30pm and running the project from start to finish. Duration of this project is 3 years alone so longevity in this project is key. You will be expected to deliver on time, meeting clients face to face, managing the sub contractors, dealing with all on site health and safety, and ensuring everything is to budget plan. You will need to ensure this testing centre is checked and maintained throughout the project. SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are the essential qualifications for this role. You must have extensive knowledge within commercial projects, and experience in clean rooms or laboratories will be desired but not essential. You must be pro-active with a hard working approach. The client is looking for somebody who can get on with the job and work closely with the on-site project manager. They need a team player who can direct and lead, who possesses excellent communication and written skills. The ideal candidate will be self-sufficient with a keen eye on ensuring the project is of an exceptional standard. Excellent salary negotiable depending on experience and abilities.
