Overview

Our client, a global business is currently looking to recruit an Operational Trainer to join their team. The ideal candidate will come from an Insurance background, however this is not essential. You will be training both new and existing members of staff across the region. This role also offers a degree of flexibility to be able to work from home occasionally. Duties: Systems training. Working closely with the training team to tailor training to the business needs. Build and deliver sessions. Assess the needs of the business and deliver effective, proficient material aimed appropriately at your audience. Source and arrange internal and external suppliers to address competency gaps. Collate session feedback. Working with new areas of the business when acquisitions take place. Experience Required: Knowledge of general insurance. Systems knowledge, ideally Acturis, however this is not essential. A passion for training. Good presentation skills. MS office proficiency. A full UK driving license.
