Overview
I am working with an up and coming Residential Developer who are looking for a Technical Manager to join their growing team. In light of the current situation they will be conducting video interviews as a first stage but will look to conclude the process in person once isolation restrictions have been lifted. Client Details The company have a very strong pipeline of projects and place a key emphasis on placemaking whilst offering a high quality finish to their product. They have a number of large sites coming through planning and this is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic outfit as they continue their growth. Description The Technical Manager will set and carry out the design programme from planning through to handover on projects ranging from 500-1500 units. You will provide expertise on "buildability" of designs and consult with all design and construction teams across the projects. You will manage the in house technical team to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget. Using excellent communication skills you will coordinate with consultants to ensure smooth design delivery. You will be tasked with keeping costs under control whilst exploring opportunities to maximise profit. Profile Previous experience as a Technical Manager in Residential Development High Rise/RC Frame construction experience is desirable. Experienced in consulting with clients and various stakeholders. Self starter and self motivated. Job Offer Opportunity to work for a growing Developer on challenging projects within London.
