September 2020 Year 5 Teacher Borough of Hillingdon Ofsted rated 'Good School' £28355 - £40035 My client Primary School in Hillingdon is looking for an experienced Year 5 Teacher to start with them in September 2020. This is a 1 form entry primary school which is at the heart of the community and looking to develop pupils' understanding of what core values are and why they are important in life. The last Ofsted report for the school was 'Good' and the headteacher has been able to make a seamless transition into her role after taking over from the previous headteacher in 2016. The headteacher is looking for an experienced Year 5 Teacher to come in and hit the ground running as the school is rapidly progressing and looking to become an outstanding primary school. They are a 1 form entry school with very experienced teachers in the other classes who work as a team to support each other and any new members of staff. As an integral part of the community they hold regular parents consultations and partake in community activities and have a parents-school initiative to integrate parents who are learning English. The school is looking for someone who has previously taught Year 5 or is an experienced Upper Key Stage 2 teacher. The school will consider an exceptional NQT but as they are a 1 form entry someone with previous experience might be more suitable. This is a permanent role for September 2020.
