If you would like to join a company changing the wheel then apply today Description Raising Purchase Orders with Suppliers. Collating purchase orders in order to order materials, goods and supplies. Managing Stock Build/image Mobile Phones to Gallagher standard Review orders as required. Interact with the suppliers on a day to day basis. Track the status of any orders. Ensure that any invoices are sent to accounts for payment. Produce and maintain all reports. Manage any procurement activities including RFP's (Request For Proposals). To provide the associated Admin Support and records for Mobiles Phones Users and any other Communications Device. Profile - Ability to use own initiative to problem solve - Have a proven solid administration background - Excellent attention to detail - Ability to work well in a team and autonomously - Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail - Good IT skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint essential) - Highly organised with excellent time management Job Offer 26 days holiday plus bank holidays Flexible working hours Progression Opportunities Free on site Parking
