Overview

Customer Service Advisor - Motor Claims Location: Sheffield Working for a leading Law firm based in Sheffield in their Motor Claims Department. This office environment requires an individual with impeccable customer service and professionalism to fill the role of Customer Service Advisor. As part of a busy Motor Claims Team, you will advise and support clients with their motor claims via inbound and outbound calls. You will be self-motivated and able to deliver the best possible service in accordance with our standards. Roles and Responsibilities: Handling initial enquiries and instructions that come into the firm Dealing with inbound and outbound telephone calls Capturing all the information needed to progress cases Handling emails and internal messages in a professional and timely manner Updating customer and account data correctly from source documents within time limits Desired Attributes: Excellent administration skills Experience in a customer service, sales or contact centre environment Experience in a motor claims or insurance claims environment Professional telephone manor Able to meet deadlines and targets Competent in the use of Microsoft Office Packages Qualifications Required GCSE in Maths & English Good standard of spoken and written English Salary: £15,000 - £17,500 (dependent on experience) Hours: Contracted to 35 hours a week.
