Overview
Our client, a successful and expanding Self Storage & Serviced Office Space provider, is seeking a talented Customer Sales Advisor to provide first-class customer service whilst delivering excellent levels of Sales for their Balham branch. This would be an ideal position for a self-starting candidate with experience in a customer facing environment. It carries a salary of £19,250 per annum, PLUS a twice annual performance based bonus and other fantastic company benefits. Overview Face to face Sales - converting inbound enquiries into new business Client relationship management, B2B & B2C Reception/Front of House & General Customer Services - face to face, over the phone, via email etc. Office administration Candidate requirements: Great written and verbal communication skills Great rapport building & demonstrated customer service skills Ability to speak clearly and demonstrate effective listening skills when communicating with customers face to face or over the phone Experience working in a targeted/fast paced environment Self-discipline, working within guidelines and procedures whilst being attentive to detail Comfortable working in a small team environment and adapt to lone working
