Accountancy Practice - Macclesfield - Part qualified accountant up to £30k, 36 days holiday (inc bank holidays) Your new firm Your new firm is a successful and established accounting practice based in Macclesfield. They are currently seeking an experienced, qualified/part qualified Accounting to join the very busy and growing team on a full time basis. Your new role As a part qualified accountant, you will be assisting the senior manager with a portfolio of mainly healthcare clients. Day to day duties will consist of taking incomplete records to final production with minimal supervision, completing monthly management accounts and quarterly VAT returns, preparation of income tax and corporation tax computations and returns, maintain bookkeeping records, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and assisting junior colleagues and trainees within the team. What you'll need to succeed In order to be a successful applicant for this job opportunity, you will have at least 3 years' experience working in a practice environment or would consider AAT qualified or ACA/ACCA studies. You will ideally be competent using IRIS, Sage, Xero and Quickbooks. You will also be confident in liaising with clients face to face and via telephone, dealing with queries as well as building a positive relationship with the clients and the practice. Preferably with a full UK driving license. What you'll get in return In return for your efforts you will receive a salary of between £25,000 to £30,000 depending on experience and level of qualification. In addition, you will receive a generous 36 days holiday - inclusive of Bank Holidays/Christmas period. A very competitive pension scheme offering 4% employer contribution. Buy/sell holiday options.
