Overview

Service Contract Coordinator Our client based in Northamptonshire is seeking an individual to provide a dedicated focus to the coordination of Service Contracts activities. Working in conjunction with Customer Service Coordinators to ensure a consistently high quality and accurate service is provided to the customer. Responsibilities include: Coordinate all aspects of Service contract (in liaison with Customer Service Coordinators) including quotations, renewals, loading and execution in line with agreed standards and procedures so that customer and company expectations are met. Post site visit - ensure all Service jobs are processed in conjunction with Customer Service Coordinators in accordance with the agreed standards so that customer and company expectations are met. Effectively and constructively participate in the scheduling process (managed by Customer Service Team Leader) to ensure the needs and expectations of all customers are met. Develop utilisation of Protean system in relation to Department activities. Including investigating and implementing potential improvement projects, utilising features and addressing system issues so that so that customer and company expectations are met. Provide administrative support to the Technical Services Department as and when required, in order to assist in the smooth running of the department. Including: - Travel & Accommodation booking - Congestion / Dart Charge administration - Navman reporting - Uniform, Service Cards, CSC Test administration - Office Credit Card administration Maintain relevant Departmental performance measures reports (such as the engineers report issue log). Also prepare 'ondemand’ reports for Department Manager / Customer Service Team Leader pertaining to site specific measures, issues, customers when required. Provide holiday and absence cover for Customer Service Team Leader (including Engineer Scheduling) and Customer Service Coordinator to ensure service levels are maintained at all times. Participate as a member of the Technical Services team, providing support to other team members where required. Put forward ideas and assist in the development of standards and procedures to assist in the overall development of the department and company. Promote the business in a positive manner.
