Overview
Our client, a fast-growing business based in Minworth are currently recruiting a Scheduling Assistant to join their busy team on a temporary (approximately 3 month) basis. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for engineers and clients and ensure that the customer is at the heart of everything. Along with a competitive salary, the candidate will receive a pension scheme, 23 days paid holiday and discretionary bonus based on performance. As the Scheduling Assistant you will be responsible for: Ensuring all engineers have work booked in everyday Planning, booking and organising jobs for all engineers Keeping clients updated with all works carried out Liaising with the Customer Service Manager and advising of any issues Managing paperwork Liaising with engineers on a daily basis to confirm all works are going to plan Assisting in the resolution of complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner The successful candidate for the role of Scheduling Assistant will have: A good knowledge base of computers, with the ability to learn new systems quickly and comprehensively Excellent telephone manner Ability to work well under pressure in a team environment A good understanding of geographical areas would be advantageous In return the Scheduling Assistant will receive a basic salary of £10 per hour. working hours are Monday to Friday 08:30am to 17:00pm.
