Overview
Brilliant opportunity to join a well-established business based in Harrogate with good commute links from Leeds City Centre and North Leeds. Currently looking to take on a Finance Administrator on a permanent bases with flexible working hours. You will be working alongside a supportive finance team and report directly into the Finance Manager. Your duties with include; Maintenance of the purchase ledger Processing invoices to be approved for payment in a timely manner Posting bank transactions Processing employee expenses and manage budgets Liaise with suppliers in regards to invoice queries - handle directly Support the finance team with any other projects or general ad hoc Ideally you will have previous knowledge or experience in a similar role with a good understanding of accounts payable. You will be able to demonstrate the following; Working within a fast pace work environment Able to work towards and achieve deadlines Manage workload in line with deadlines IT literate - accounts software and Microsoft Excel Good communication skills This role is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for development as the business have a proven track record of internal development and promotion.
