Newcross Healthcare is on the lookout for skilled Care Assistants to deliver expert person-centred care for a male living with learning disabilities, autism and challenging behaviours in his own home in Holsworthy. It is highly desirable that you have prior experience of caring for service users with learning disabilities, autism and challenging behaviours. You will be delivering personalised care in accordance with the service users unique care plan, with a mindful approach to protecting his dignity and promoting independence. You will be able to recognise the capabilities of each person whilst assisting them with their needs and seeing them as more than a care plan. Could you be our next care-giving champion? You'll already have a minimum of 3 months experience under your belt and hold a valid Moving and Handling certificate. We do also accept candidates with experience of caring for a loved one. The right to work in the UK is a must.
