Help us make a difference You'll be an empathetic and compassionate caregiver, with experience of caring professionally or for a loved one. You'll be comfortable assisting clients with limited mobility, and with a valid Moving and Handling certificate. You'll be fuelled by your desire to make a real difference to the lives of people in need. Access to your own vehicle is desirable but not required. Flexi Pay Flexi Pay allows healthcare staff to instantly withdraw up to 50% of the value of their existing shifts through our HealthForceGo® app (Includes weekends and bank holidays) Role We're actively seeking experienced Care Assistants to care for our service users within their homes in Chester, Wrexham, Nantwich, Northwich and the surrounding areas. You will be actively encouraging them to live a rich, independent life whilst forming part of a collaborative team . Without support from people like you, these individuals may live a life in specialist units or hospitals, rather than in their own home. You will actively support our service users with daily tasks like eating , personal care tasks, clinical requirements, social activities and any other services needed in line with their personal care plans. Specialised training will be provided in line with the package of care that you are assigned to.
