Overview
Our client is a very reputable care at home provider in Fife. They are currently looking for carers to join the team that work within the Fife Area, and they also have a position available for a carer to work with a service user who has set hours in the week in their own home. Carers at all times will be trained to deliver care with the sensitivity required to provide services in a way, which will preserve the service user’s dignity, privacy, choice, independence, and rights of all service users. Ideal candidate: Good work ethic Passionate about care, being able to make a difference in someone’s life. Friendly and approachable. Adaptable, able to cope with change. The ability to work within a team and independently. No care work experience necessary to apply, as full training is provided. SVQ 2 is preferred but not essential. What is offered: Contracts given after a 3-month probationary period. Day shift and Back shift work available. Full time and Part time positions available. Full paid training and ongoing training and development- SVQ 2 onwards. Plenty of opportunity to progress through the company. Able to work locally within a team to support you. A variety of work matched to your skills and interests. Employee of the month- Includes bonus for all staff. Every second weekend off. Pay start to finish- not contact time. Flexible hours. Hours : Mon - Sun 7AM – 2PM or 3.45PM - 10PM - Full/Part time Hours. Working within a team, these work on a shift pattern which can be done to suit an individual person Mon – Fri 9AM – 12 NOON, Sat and Sun 10AM – 1PM, this is with an individual service user in their own home Salary : Competitive, starting from £9.00 - £10.00 Per Hour, plus mileage at 25p per mile.
