Overview

We are currently recruiting for a central income Analyst to work in the Wellingborough site. Role and Responsibilities High level income reporting in line with business requirements and the control of specific areas within central income. Supporting the simplification programme in place on supplier led income. supplier communication and responses including any necessary escalation the maintenance and transition as required to move to net costing periodic accruals and balance sheet reconciliations closure of terms dealing with internal and external supplier queries preparation of detailed trackers and providing support as required liaising with the wider Commercial Finance team to support the project objectives liaising closely with the Management Accounts team (Deeside) to ensure a good understanding of accounting journals with Commercial income development of new trackers to monitor performance calculating impact of change in cost structure supporting the trading team drive the understanding of margin and movements (back to front) ensuring that information is provided as required to internal and external auditors and that any queries raised are dealt with in a timely manner fully support and assist the Central Income Finance Manager and wider Finance team on other duties as and when required I focus on what is important to internal and external customers and develop strong working relationships to maximise input into the decision making process I resolve issues quickly and inform my line manager of issues as they arise I complete work to required deadlines without compromising on customer service I develop processes in order to maximise accuracy and efficiency I assist my manager to find the best ways of working and make changes for improvement where required I prepare central income accruals in line with accounting standards to support the periodic management accounts process Behaviours Challenging & Influencing - I am expected to set a good example and influence others where required.
