Overview

Regional Learning and Development Trainer We are currently seeking an experienced Learning and Development Trainer to take on this challenging opportunity, with a base in Central Oxford and covering multiple sites across the South. Your role will be to design, develop, deliver and evaluate the organisation’s training requirements. Working autonomously, you will deliver face-to-face training sessions specialising in inductions, the organisation’s own internal systems and in addition to conducting bespoke classes based on specific needs. This is a unique opportunity to build relationships with employees across the organisation and in several different departments. Regional Learning and Development Trainer Responsibilities As the Learning and Development Trainer, your responsibilities will be: Conduct in-house training for internal systems Analyse the effectiveness of training and action accordingly Update resources to be in-line with new processes Design and deliver new courses Maintain an up-to-date system Regional Learning and Development Trainer Experience To be a successful candidate for this role, you will have dedicated experience delivering training, ideally in both technical and soft skills. You must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and be confident in communicating with a variety of stakeholders. You will have strong IT skills and be a competent user of Microsoft office. As this role requires you to travel to different sites within the Southern region, you must be able to drive.
