Full-Stack JavaScript Developer - Leeds City Centre - £35k-£45k flexitime / WFH Avanti Recruitment are currently partnering with an innovative software company based in the Centre of Leeds who are looking to recruit a JavaScript Developer to join their product team working on a greenfield, ground breaking product. The purpose of the role is to develop various parts of the company’s core application and Progressive web apps using Node.js and Front End frameworks like Vue/React and modern mobile frameworks for cross platform development. In the role you will be exposed to cutting edge JavaScript technology as well as having huge influence over what tech should be used moving forward. You will work directly with the CTO on architecting the software / web applications as well as collaborating with the development team to construct cutting edge apps. The role offers excellent exposure to new technology as they are looking for someone to migrate their existing tech stack from Angular.js to Vue.js / React.js as well as building Node.js applications. Essential skills: JavaScript ES6 Vue.js / React.js or another modern JS Framework Node.js Express Understanding of OOP Build tools (Gulp, Webpack) Desirable skills: Understanding of cross platform development technologies Best practices experience (TDD, Functional programming) Understanding of AWS This is an excellent opportunity to join a truly great company who really look after their development team offering flexi-time, work from home and a salary of up to £35k-£45k, 25 days holidays and company pension.
