Trainee and Experienced IVA Advisor Manchester City Centre £20000 - £25000 basic Bonus (£40k-£60k uncapped) Bridgewater Finance Group are one of the UK’s most well established financial solutions providers. Established 14 years ago, we provide ethical and customer focused financial management plans. We are fully FCA licensed, and we are looking to add to our expanding team. We are looking for Trainee and Experienced IVA Advisors to join our team. By offering the best advice to our clients, we allow people to take back control of their financial life and are ethical and customer-centric in everything that we do. You will be fully trained in Insolvency based products, and we will empower you to take control of your own career. The role: Speaking with pre-qualified leads, understanding the clients individual circumstances and expenditures Fact-finding on debt levels, investigating incomes and establishing affordability Consultatively presenting debt solutions based on the customers suitability Providing support along the customer journey until the IVA is submitted Your experience: Strong negotiating and closing skills Strong communication skills with a good telephone manner Excellent attention to detail, organisational and planning skills Computer literate with good keyboard skills Self motivated, ambitious and money driven Flexible working attitude What we offer: £20,000-£25,000 basic based on experience Uncapped OTE (£40,000-£60,000 uncapped) Healthcare Plan and additional staff wellbeing programme Weekly cash incentives Excellent working environment and team culture 4.5 working day week (no weekends)
