Maintenance Administrator - £17,000 - £19,000 North Leeds Monday - Friday, 1 in 3 Saturday Must have excellent excel skills This is an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Administrator to join a market leading Estate Agent in North Leeds. You will be providing first line advice and support to Tenants and Landlords in accordance with organisational policy, procedure and professional standards, to ensure highly effective customer services. Duties of a Maintenance Administrator: Arranging, organising, chasing and updating gas safety certificates, boiler services and electrical certificates for over 5000 properties Liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors to facilitate a prompt and professional approach to repairs and maintenance, keeping all parties fully informed at all times and obtaining all necessary consents. Schedule monitor and analyse annual safety checks keeping certificates up to date at all times and organising any necessary remedial work promptly. Liaising with landlords and tenants to ensure smooth running Perform any other duties, which from time to time may be required to ensure the smooth running of the branch and company. Maintenance Administrator additional duties: Any other duties as may reasonably be required. Maintain the highest standards of professional performance. Promote equal opportunities.
