Fabulous role working within the Maidstone-based hub of a buzzing, growing financial services company With 25 years of history within financial services supply, this is an opportunity to work within a strong, well established brand identity offering a route into management, outside of London £40,000-45,000 In the role you will - Manage 3 junior staff, including involvement with their development and arranging external training; - Identify emerging risk-operational and financial; - Work closely with senior management to advise on risk mitigation; - Assessing risk widely.
