Overview
Would you like the opportunity to move your job from the office to your home? We are currently supporting one of the largest residential conveyancing law firms in the UK that continues to expand nationally. The firm specialises in a volume conveyancing approach and has perfected this process over its long history, to which it attributes its huge national success. With offices regionally based, the firm is now looking to appoint new experienced residential property conveyancers who would like to work within a high performing, fast-paced role, based from home. Ideally, you will live in Berkshire/Oxfordshire. As an experienced conveyancing solicitor, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of conveyancing transactions which predominantly will focus on client service/care. You will be handling queries throughout the process, keeping regular contact with clients including estate agents, customers and other solicitors. There is no need for business development in this role - the work is there for you In order to benefit from this rare residential property conveyancer opportunity, you will be an experienced conveyancer who is well accustomed to managing a large caseload of 70-80 residential property files from start to finish, with minimal support. You will be already used to running your own caseload of freehold and leasehold matters from start to finish. You will either be a conveyancing solicitor, legal executive, or fee earner with at least 3 years’ experience and you will reside in Berkshire/Oxfordshire, UK. Additional to the home working environment, you will also benefit from an annual bonus based on completion targets, compliance and customer service satisfaction surveys. You will be set up from home with a PC (and desk/chair supplied if needed). Please apply today for this home working conveyancing solicitor role if you're fed up of your everyday office job and wish to bring your job into your own home. Although working from home you will still work structured office hours, according to clients needs.
