NURSING HOME MANAGER - EXETER - NURSING HOME An opportunity for an excellent management professional to join a well established care team in Wells, Somerset This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Manager to join a nursing home that is registered for 47 bed with dementia and nursing care. The successful Home Manager will have the following responsibilities : Managing the day to day running of the home Leading care professionals with passion and commitment to deliver the highest standards of care to the residents Build strong relationships with staff, residents and their families Leading from the front on a day to day basis with presence in the home Managing budgets and bed numbers Ensuring home compliance with CQC regulations The successful Registered Manager will have the following experience: Experience of managing a nursing home similar sized Registered nurse with active PIN Deep knowledge and understanding of CQC regulations Holds or working towards NVQ Level 5 in management If this role sounds like an ideal opportunity for you, please send an up to date CV to Jane Anderson at Or to discuss this role and other health and social care vacancies, please call Jane on
