Overview
Overview: A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a full-time experienced receptionist to join a well-established law firm based in Yeadon. You will be the first point of contact for all clients and internal staff. You will also be working alone so a self-driven character is required. Duties: Answer incoming calls efficiently and in a professional manner Meeting and greeting visitors Providing secretarial support to fee earners Ensuring the reception/client areas are clean and presentable at all times Undertaking general admin duties such as post, photocopying, scanning etc Arranging meeting rooms for solicitors and customers Welcoming walk ins and meeting attendees in a very friendly, case sensitive manner Person Specification: Excellent telephone manner with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely The ability to remain calm under pressure Efficient and well organised IT Literate Audio typing experience would be a distinct advantage A flexible approach to work, with the ability to multitask Happy to work alone
