Apprentice - Accounts/Finance Team- Harlow About the role We are a fast-growing ambitious company looking to a recruit a driven apprentice within our finance team in our branch in Harlow, Essex. This role is fast paced, details focused and business critical. We are looking for someone who has great communication skills and a friendly, professional go-getter attitude to join our growing team. Responsible to: Finance Manager Principal Accountabilities Our Finance team is crucial to support our front-end Sales facing team, this is a fast-paced position where attention to detail, communication, determination and focus are key to success within the business. You will work with our recruitment teams often to tight deadlines providing support, liaise with suppliers and clients ensuring our finance team meets required deadlines. This role will involve extensive training and placement with a finance team member to shadow and offer ongoing support and the opportunity to potentially sit formal accounting qualifications The day to day role within our finance team involves: Daily Reporting & Weekly Reporting Working on invoices/purchase ledger/sending remits/customer reconciliations Working across teams. Supporting the Finance Manager Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience Educated to a minimum of GCSE/A-level or equivalent level. Skills in Word Processing (e.g. Microsoft Word), Spreadsheets (e.g. Excel) Emails (e.g. Outlook) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
