Overview
Residential Conveyancer An experienced Residential Conveyancer is required to join the Conveyancing department of an established law firm with offices throughout Somerset. You will be required to manage your own busy caseload of Residential Property matters including but not limited to; Sales and Purchase of leasehold and freehold properties, remortgages and new builds. The successful candidate will be a hardworking, technically strong, Conveyancing Lawyer who has previous experience of managing their own caseload with little supervision. Applications from qualified Solicitors / Legal Executives and Licenced Conveyancers are welcome. Applications from unqualified Conveyancing fee earners who have multiple years of experience and impressive billings would also be considered. It is important that you feel comfortable and confident in taking part in business development and networking activities and have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
