Infrastructure & Security Manager - Market leading Retail Giant - Liverpool to £55,000 Your new company Prestigious opportunity with a Market Leading Retail Giant for an experienced Technical Lead/Architect for our Infrastructure and Security. Your new role As our Infrastructure and Security Manager/Architect you will be responsible for:- Technical and strategic leadership playing a vital role in our IT department Leading the Infrastructure team, working closely with senior colleagues and Head of IT Supporting and growing the business IT functions and services Delivering numerous projects; strategic discussions and future direction, including selection of new emerging technologies Leading and ensuring correct approach; governance; corporate awareness programs to support PCI; GDPR; ISO & Cyber compliance standards What you'll need to succeed The successful Infrastructure and Security Manager will possess a combination of some of the following skills:- Experience as a Technical Architect for infrastructure solutions Experience in planning; design and deployment; support; fault investigations; maintaining infrastructure health and availability Leadership skills and previous management of an Infrastructure support team Awareness of security principles, remediation, compliance and risk management Familiar with a variety of the following:- Microsoft; Oracle; VMWare; Wintel; HP UX; Cisco; Meraki; McAfee, storage or datacentres Experience in supporting business infrastructure; networks; data centres and business applications to high levels of service and availability This role is hands on, and will include Incident Management and Out of Hours 24x7 support for the business when required.
