Overview
Are you looking for a change? Want a new job that is proactive and interesting? Sugarman are currently seeking a Health Care Assistant to provide care and support to an older lady who lives at home with her husband in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire. This is on a full time basis and must be able to work alternate weekends. You would become an essential part of her existing care team in this fulfilling and caring role. She is very open, intelligent and determined. Always willing to support people develop. She goes to physiotherapy and the cinema weekly and will go out most days.She sustained a spinal injury a few years ago and is reliant on 24 hour support to ensure her wellbeing. The injury has left her tetraplegic and relies on her staff to support with all activities of daily living. Full clinical training will be provided by Sugarman's clinical educator, so this is a great opportunity for anyone looking to upskill and make a real difference to a service users Wellbeing. The shift patterns are: Days 7am-7pm & Nights 7pm-7am We support from Monday - Sunday We are looking for someone who can be flexible in working both days and nights.
