Highly respected company based close to Bodmin, Cornwall are looking to recruit a permanent Part-time AAT Accounts Assistant. The role: The Accounts Assistant will be involved in all aspects of accounts from Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger, Nominal Ledger, Bank Recs, Invoicing and Credit Control. The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for: · All accounts and admin duties such as daily invoicing, sending statements, debt chasing and bank recs. · Noting transactions, checking supplier invoices and preparing payments when required. · Talking to customers about there balances and making sure that invoices are sent promptly and correctly. · Use of our in house bespoke CRM/Accounts System to record and report as required. · Closing down the Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger as part of the month end process. You need to have experience in Accounts and Admin to make this role a success, we will support and offer training as required from our team and external trainers. Also may be a little further duties included such as phone answering and order inputting in very busy periods. Requirements · Proven work experience in Accounts and Admin · Good knowledge of Accounting, systems and processes. · Being a trusted and confidential person · Solid analytical skills, must be able to use Excel, Word and Outlook proficiently.
