We are recruiting on behalf of a a very well-networked recruitment firm, who due to continued growth, seek a couple of talented recruiters to join the fold. Established as specialists into Insurance and Financial Services markets, our client boasts a fantastic client portfolio of broking firms, insurers, MGAs and service providers up and down the country. Vacancies can include broking, underwriting, sales, claims, compliance and commercial support such as HR, admin, customer service, IT etc. A grown up firm, dedicated to providing a stellar service to clients and candidates, you'll join a small team of driven, mature recruiters, who are motivated by quality of work and customer satisfaction. You won't be bogged down by pointless KPIs, but rather supported and encouraged to recruit in a consultative way that works for you. Given the niche of the market, our client is truly an expert in their field, with few competitors in the Midlands to rival their knowledge and network. With this in mind, their is plenty of ongoing work to be pitching in with straight away for new hires Your role will be: Supporting existing requirements and working closely with colleagues Candidate generation via job boards, Linked In, head-hunting, adverts, social media, campaigns, referrals etc. Building relationships with passive candidates in the FS/ Insurance space Researching and staying up to date with market trends and news Building new business relationships via calls, emails, networking, referrals etc. Pro-actively becoming an expert in your market Benefits: Monthly commission and end of year bonus Laptop/ tablet and phone Limited KPIs Supportive working culture- team minded Applicant spec: Minimum 12 months recruitment experience in professional sectors- FS/ Insurance would be highly desirable.
