FP&A Analyst

FP&A Analyst to help set up processes in start up insurer - 6 month contract Your new company Your new company is a high growth insurance business with strong PE Backing. You will be coming in as they are setting up a number of processes and as they acquire a number of new businesses to the group. Your new role You will be responsible for developing MI using your strong data analysis skills. The processes are currently manual so you will be automating these to present and add value to the leadership team. You will be working on an implementation of a group planning tool and being the FP&A lead on the project. You will also be preparing budgets, forecasts and developing these BAU processes. What you'll need to succeed You will be a qualified accountant with strong FP&A experience in insurance. You will ideally have experience working at the group level preparing consolidated plans. Finance change experience is also important - system implementation experience. You will be bright and ambitious but also able to to get into the detail where required working in a small collaborative team.
